How the world searched
Feb 23, 11
Okay, after this, no more 2010 stuff.
I just wanted to share Google Zeitgeist. If you’ve never heard of it, check it out. It’s a cool aggregation of all the search data Google captured during last year.
Although the sentiment context of search terms aren’t mentioned, most of the information is still pretty fascinating. Then again, some of it is to be expected: is it such a surprise that everyone was searching for Justin Bieber?
It’s all rounded up quite nicely in a video that made me find myself reflecting on how the internet has changed how the world works, from entertainment, to news, to culture and more – and how it continues to do so.
